ECO African College Issues Mandatory Student Registration Notice Ahead of Academic Session

The Management of ECO African College of Health Sciences and Management Technology has issued an important notice to all newly admitted and returning students regarding the Student Registration Document, a compulsory requirement for academic and administrative compliance.

According to the Students Affairs Office, the Student Registration Document forms a critical part of each student’s official admission records. It is directly linked to examination eligibility, institutional compliance, and overall student status within the College. Students are therefore advised to approach the process with utmost diligence and urgency.

The College has emphasized that all sections of the document must be completed accurately and truthfully. Certain sections are required to be handwritten, duly signed, and supported with recent passport photographs. In addition, mandatory signatures must be obtained from the student, parent or guardian, as well as designated school officers before submission.

Management further stated that completed documents must be submitted within one week of resumption. Failure to meet this deadline, or submission of incomplete or inaccurate information, may result in delays to registration approval and could negatively impact examination clearance.

Students who encounter any challenges during the completion or submission process are encouraged to contact the Students Affairs Office promptly for guidance and resolution.

By proceeding to download the Student Registration Document, students formally acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all stated requirements.

The College reiterates its commitment to maintaining accurate student records and ensuring a smooth academic experience for all students through timely compliance with institutional procedures.
